The 3rd Ward Real Estate Council invites you to an evening of connection, conversation, and community-building at our upcoming Neighborhood Developer Meetup.

This gathering is designed for developers, investors, Realtors®, lenders, planners, and advocates passionate about infill development and equitable growth. We are providing a direct bridge to the resources and funding needed to move your projects from vision to reality.

Lost Spaces Conference: September 2026
A major highlight of this meetup is the planning of the Lost Spaces Conference. We are looking for dedicated leaders to help us organize and host this landmark event. We will discuss:

  • Volunteer Opportunities: Roles for the weekend of the conference.

  • On-Deck Committee: We are seeking individuals to join the core planning committee to help shape the agenda and logistics.
