Each year our annual Lost Spaces bridges the gap between urban theory and boots-on-the-ground development. This gathering is designed for developers, investors, Realtors®, lenders, planners, and advocates passionate about infill development and equitable growth. We are returning this year this September, and we are officially moving into the high-gear planning phase.

To make this vision a reality, we are looking for dedicated Steering Committee Members to help shape the trajectory of this year's event. If you are passionate about urban planning, land use, and the future of our corridors, we want your voice in the room.

During this meeting, we will walk through the proposed framework for the conference and seek committee input on:

• The Conference Bike Ride: Finalizing routes that highlight neighborhood connectivity.

• Interactive Site Tours: Identifying key projects that showcase innovative land use.

• Development Workshops: Shaping the curriculum for hands-on sessions led by industry experts.

• Happy Hour & Networking: Designing the social atmosphere where policy meets property.
