Our community was changing, so we took action. We are a community of neighbors, professionals, and stakeholders committed to the concepts, tools, and applications of small scale, incremental development. Becoming the builders of our community, preserves our history while securing our place in its future.

Our neighborhood is unique but the missing-middle phenomenon is not. There is a lack of affordable options for starter families, aging in place and entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses in the communities where they were raised. This is America’s great problem.
