Do the Things that Matter! is a campaign focused on community revitalization through advocacy of ownership and responsible use of real estate. The campaign is administered by The 3rd Ward Real Estate Council.
Anyone interested in leveraging real estate for community development are invited to attend. There is space for everyone, plenty to do regardless of your experience level, and you don't have to live in Third Ward.
Our annual Lost Spaces gathering bridges the gap between urban theory and boots-on-the-ground development. Designed for developers, investors, Realtors®, lenders, planners, and advocates, this is the premier space for those passionate about infill development, equitable growth, and community transformation.
