As a response to community input for a solution to manage the impacts of gentrification, The Office of Jason T. Hyman created the Lost Spaces Tactical Plan : Third Ward. It serves as the founding document for The 3rd Ward Real Estate Council that is a roadmap towards stabilizing Third Ward for equitable growth. Ultimately, a tool that advocates on there being housing at varying income levels and commercial spaces for business of all scale for impactful revitalization.
